The ASUS Dual AMD EPYC 7002/7003 1U Rack Server is a high-density enterprise server designed for data center, cloud, and virtualization environments. It uses a 1U rack form factor and supports dual AMD EPYC processors, delivering strong compute performance for modern workloads.
This platform supports up to two AMD EPYC 7002/7003 series processors using Socket SP3. As a result, it provides high core counts and efficient parallel processing. In addition, it includes 32 DDR4 DIMM slots. It supports LRDIMM memory up to 8TB with speeds up to 3200 MT/s. Therefore, it enables large-scale memory capacity for virtualization and database workloads.
The server includes 4× 3.5″ drive bays with support for SATA and NVMe configurations. It uses an integrated storage controller with SATA 6Gb/s and PCIe Gen4 x4 connectivity. As a result, it delivers flexible storage options and high-speed data access.
For networking, the system integrates a dual-port Intel X710 10GbE Base-T controller with RJ45 interfaces. In addition, it supports OCP 3.0 network adapters. Therefore, it enables scalable and high-bandwidth connectivity for enterprise deployments.
The platform supports PCIe 4.0 expansion. It can accommodate either one 2-slot GPU or two PCIe 4.0 adapters. As a result, it supports acceleration workloads such as AI inference, virtualization, and high-performance computing.
